Watch

"Excuse me! Do you have the time?!" A personal project to practice HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills. Also, learn Webpack module bundler in detail.

"All code" Apple Watch face using HTML, CSS, and a few SVG.

implement Webpack by scratch, without a reactJS boilerplate type

This Watch is a personal project. The main goal was to recreate my favorite Apple Watch face, only using code. In the end, only the icons were developed outside Visual Studio Code using Illustrator (I'm using them as inline SVG, so... I can say all is code 😀).

During the watch development, the idea started to grow.

"Why not use a weather API to get the real weather conditions?"...

"Why not to made a real stopwatch?"... at this moment I still have more ideas for this watch, like turning it into a Pomodoro clock game with some fitness exercises on each break.

Also, I used this project to config Webpack from zero. I use it more often in ReactJS projects, so this project served as a good introduction to learning more about modules and plugins, and, of course, spending some hours reading the documentation.
